Jennifer French

Co-Founder 

Jennifer’s career spans from being a marketing, events, and public relations executive for one of the country’s largest former retailers, The May Department Stores Company, to planning and executing radio, television, and online initiatives for a mid-sized Los Angeles-based marketing agency. Her extensive experience across varying industries gives her the competitive edge, but what truly sets her apart is her approach to building personal relationships with clients and constantly identifying and reacting to their ever-changing needs.

Julie Link

Co-Founder

Julie’s career got off to a rocking start when she was hired by the Grammy Award-winning band Linkin Park to oversee their fan website and correspondence. Julie’s next stop was a mid-sized Los Angeles-based marketing agency where she was the creative force behind various entertainment clients’ online sweepstakes, web design, text message, and banner ad campaigns. She has her finger on the pulse of the online world and knows best how to position her clients’ marketing goals in this ever-changing environment. Julie was inspired to create Sync to offer companies a full service sweepstakes and contest promotional agency that feels like an extension of her client's team.
